Our programs priority is to close the gap between our American youth player's by providing them a great soccer experience to help them compete on a Collegian, semi-professional and professional level someday.

We develop players' game intelligence and technical skills to play modern European and Central American football.

Our players' next stage of development is to compete with and against nationally and internationally players mainly. While attending our high level development, we evaluate our players and then advance them to the next level.

Pre-elite development ages U11-U13:
Our education and academic choice program is open to all pre-elite and elite players. Pre-elite players academic program are encourage to rise early in the morning to work out on their own aside from our scheduled practices. All pre-elite programs will be given a schedule. Each player within our pre-elite program will be given a workout regimen to help them accomplish this task.

Elite players U13-U16:
Our elite players within our program will be required to attend our academic program. All elite players are encourage to rise early in the morning to work out on their own aside from our scheduled practices. All elite programs are scheduled by the staff. Each player within our elite program will have a morning session to help them accomplish this task via video or in person. This session is to provide guidance for players.

Day time academics:
All In Elite Soccer (SOSP) is currently looking for middle school and high school-aged student-athletes to attend our program. SOSP will allow each student-athlete to choose his middle school or high school options. We recommend a high level homeschool curriculum option or as well as Liberty online as an online school option. We have 2 weekly mandatory study halls each week for our students athletes. This allows them the opportunity to work quietly in a supervised environment.

We encourage all our student-athletes to attend our online home school program. Our students must report to their virtual classrooms teacher and facilitator each week. The benefits of studying with the program online are flexibility and convenience with our athletic schedule, self-paced learning, and flexible costs.

Our day time academics program we also offer nutritional coaching to help teach our players how to live a holistic life and prepare their meals for the week. This opportunity is to not only build a healthy lifestyle but to also inspire them to teach others as well.

Day time tactical sessions:
Players who have enrolled in our (SOSP) School of soccer program will be required to participate in our video or tactical sessions. These daytime sessions gives our players an extra session to build tactical awareness and help with better decisions to perform at a higher level during the game.

(SOSP) options:
All of our players are encouraged to pursuing their education online through Liberty Academy. If a player chooses to pursue another option, we will assist our players in finding a good fit to achieve their high-school diplomas. All players attending our program must get their high school education. We recommend pursuing their diploma online at the Liberty online Academy a K-12 school program for most of our players and a few selected home school options. Student-athletes will have an extensive study hall each week as well.

At All In Elite Soccer, we recognizes that not all players and parents may understand the full commitment of what it takes to become an elite, collegian, semi professional and professional soccer player. Our goal is to help build a culture within the community by working with all the players within our development by using a mentorship style program.

Players who are considering exploring the Collegian, semi-professional and professional level someday must understand the extensive training and commitment it requires when entering our program. Due to this we highly recommend our academic option.

If a player decides to commit to play with our program we ask that they understand that committing to the All In Elite Soccer program without a full commitment can lead to playing time being cut or no time at all. This can even lead to the termination of your agreement and removal from our program.

Next step recruitment before graduating:

Players who are within the (SOSP) program seeking to play on the next level such as college, semi-professional & professionally are required to set up a meeting with their coaches before they pursuing any ID camps, college visitation and semi or professional club tryouts. All players are required to have a plan of action before they reach out to any college coach or set up any trials.

Can I be apart of the (SOSP) and not participate in the academic school option?
No, the SOSP does not allowed players who are not day time students with the program program. However, players can still si up for our other services without enrolling in our day time academic program.

How do I know my talent level?
Before entering our program all players will be assess and evaluated to help us see their skill level and potential.

What if my skill is not there but I have potential?
We believe that all players should be given the opportunity but not all players may have the skill. Because we know this, players are giving the opportunity to be apart of All In Elite Soccer based of their commitment and drive to elevate their game.

My commitment level?
At All In Elite Soccer we recognize that not all players and parents may understand the full commitment of what it takes to become an elite, collegian, semi professional and professional soccer player. Due to this our goal is to help build a culture within the community by working with committed players through our development and mentorship style program.

If a player is in our program we ask that their commitment and dedication can be an example to others both on and of the pitch.

Players who decides to play on this level must understand that committing to the (SOSP) program without a full commitment can lead to playing time being reduced or even termination of their agreement. We also want all our players and parents to understand that players are responsible for their next step in soccer and their careers base on their commitment level.

Even though our players can take any academic career path outside of soccer, we encourage and support our student-athletes by guiding them into US soccer coaching courses and UEFA coaching courses to start careers in coaching, business management, football business, or sports marketing after their meaningful playing years end.

Student-athletes who are in our academic program will have to focused on being disciplined while attending classes. A facilitating member or coaching staff will be there to provide support during virtual high school, college, and coaching courses.
