If you’re looking to be lighter on your feet, run faster, or lose weight, our Speed & Agility programs are for you. With 3 different levels of training, this program is structured to help you no matter what stage in life you’re in, and above all, we will help you achieve your goal.
Sessions are 45 minutes long.
Level Up // Level Up 180 // Level Up 360:
1-on-1 - $75/per session
2-participants - $110/per session
4-participants - $140/per session
6-participants - $175/per session
Level Up :
Level Up is geared towards anybody, at any age, and any fitness level who are seeking to get in shape! These sessions are built for people who may not always have the time to focus on their fitness, but wish they could. Level Up is not quite as intense as the 180 or 360 programs, but it will help you reach your goals, whether they be to lose weight, gain speed, or be lighter on your feet.
Level Up 180:
Level Up 180 is for the intermediate, more athletic crowd. These sessions are higher intensity and will push you to the “All in or Nothing” peak. We will test your vertical as if you’re trying to reach the moon, we’ll help you reach your maximum speed like you’re trying out for the Olympics, and we’ll help you hone your balance until you can walk on water. Level Up 180 is for those seeking to play at their peak performance.
Level Up 360:
1-year Commitment* - $3200 ($260/month) - Non-refundable**
Level Up 360 is (you guessed it) twice as intense as our Level Up 180 program. On top of pushing you further in your athleticism than you ever thought you could go, we also give you a nutritional coaching package. This package gives you the insight needed to fuel the body and the energy needed to survive our elite Level Up 360 program!
