Caribbean Cardio is a mixture of calisthenics, dancing, and body workouts while moving to the fast beats of Caribbean music. It’s an intense cardio workout that keeps you moving nonstop while getting you in shape.

Currently, Caribbean Cardio sessions are only held via online video service.
